Establishing the school upon the Four Cornerstones of Character, Courtesy, Scholarship, and Athletics, Miss Hockaday laid the groundwork for many generations of young women to strive for excellence in every aspect of life.
The Episcopal School of Dallas encourages the intellectual, spiritual, physical, and social development of its students through a challenging college-preparatory curriculum infused with enduring values. Guided by a gifted and innovative faculty, ESD’s rich academic program teaches students to think critically, express creatively, write coherently, speak persuasively, and work both independently and collaboratively. Students are expected to develop a confident understanding of the arts, the humanities, foreign languages, mathematics, science, and technology. ESD students are well-rounded in the best sense of this phrase: successful in the classroom, engaged in the arts, active in athletics and wellness programming, and community-minded in their embrace of leadership and service opportunities.
At Greenhill School, students love learning. You see it in the enthusiastic faces of the Lower School children as they race to their classroom each morning, and in the way Middle and Upper School students passionately approach their studies.
We hold our students to high standards, but our nurturing, dedicated faculty create an environment where students embrace the challenges presented in and out of the classroom. In my mind, no school provides a better balance of program in academics, arts and athletics. Expectations of excellence in all three areas give students the best and broadest foundation, while allowing them to excel in their strengths.
Everyday at TCA, the Lord touches hearts, enlightens minds and strengthens bodies. Take a look around, and you’ll see Upper School students leading Middle School Bible studies, first-graders planting seeds to learn of God’s creation firsthand and athletes competing fiercely, showing character both on and off the field. A Trinity education is a combination of doing the extraordinary and doing the ordinary extraordinarily well.

As you prepare your children for life, you want to feel confident that they’ll not only have access to a superior academic program but also one that builds self-confidence and character.

Every child has dreams, dreams of a future filled with success. For learning-different students, those dreams can seem frustratingly far away. Fairhill School is dedicated to bringing those dreams to life. When parents and teachers believe in a child and his/her natural talents, that child begins to believe too. At Fairhill, we show students how to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses, inspiring them to realize their full potential, as students and as individuals. Through a multi-faceted approach, students acquire learning skills that work for them—skills that help them grow, not only in the classroom, but throughout their lives.
